It is equipped with high-speed wheels and an ultra-quiet & adjustable spring resistance system, which ensures smooth operation and improved efficiency.

Adjustable spring resistance system
The Pilates Reformer features a high precision spring kit. Multiple spring options allow the users to customize resistance levels for different Pilates exercises and training intensities. The precision spring system delivers a smooth, controlled motion for both beginners and advanced users.
Ergonomic support parts
The adjustable headrest offers 3 different positions to improve spinal alignment and maximize neck support. Padded shoulder pads provide more stable support for hands/feet and can be quickly removed to accommodate accessories or create a flat mat surface. The rope system allows the user to make quick, precise adjustments in seconds.
Drive Pulleys
Racing grade pulley, quiet and smooth use after use, and durable.Scale lock wheel adjustment. Move quietly and smoothly while performing different types of exercises.
