The fan-based R-21x comes equipped with 12 pre-set fitness programmes and 16 levels of electronic and air resistance, easily controlled by the handle's quick resistance keys. Monitor you workout data on the clear LCD console, or through the popular Kinomap app thanks to the R-21x's built-in Bluetooth connectivity.

With a convenient tablet and smartphone holder built into the console, you can watch your favourite movies while you row.
Bluetooth® & Kinomap
Track your Workout DataThe R-21x features built-in Bluetooth® connectivity to track your progress in real time and connect to route simulation applications.
You can, therefore, log in to the Kinomap app, select a video, and track your movement through the map of selected routes and the related accompanying videos. The app will automatically change the tilt or resistance of your equipment to match the route you've chosen!
Comfort
The R-21x is equipped with a high-density saddle and has platform and leg strap adjustments to make sure your rowing is fully suited to your needs.
Chain-driven
The R-21x features a chain-driven mechanism, which is far more durable than its typical belt counterpart.
Heart rate monitoring
With the supplied chest strap you can monitor your heart rate and receive accurate data on your performance, so you can track your progress.
