Biceps / TricepsThis dual-function platform facilitates easy transitions between Biceps and Triceps exercises, targeting these muscle groups.
Constructed with standard commercial-grade tubing (1.6inx5.5inx1in square combined with 2inx4inx1in flat oval tubing), it ensures a safe workout environment.
Cables & Pulleys
American, aircraft type Cables, 5mm for controlled load resistance up to 880 kg. High quality pulleys with a deep groove design to prevent cables from slipping.
Finish
