Weighted Vest (10 kg)The design width of this weighted vest at the shoulder is 8cm, which increases the force surface of the shoulder and reduces the feeling of tightening on the shoulder during training. There are 5 weighted holes in the front and back of the vest.
The vest is padded with 2cm thick sponge, to increase wearing comfort and the loop fastening belt at the waist, is fixed by Velcro, that does not bounce or get displaced during exercise.
