No other brand has a more distinguished history and stronger connection with sports than adidas. It is our mission to be the best sports brand in the world.
With two main product sub-categories, Training Equipment and Accessories, the adidas strength range supports fitness enthusiasts of all abilities in meeting their personal goals!
Built to deliver the optimum indoor cycling experience, the adidas C-21x features a large 16 kg rear-drive flywheel, designed to simulate the feeling of an outdoor bike by storing kinetic energy and maintaining momentum for a smooth cycling motion and consistent cadence.
With the internal self-generating motor, you are the one that creates energy and powers the C-21x’s impressive features. No need for a power adapter, tangled wires or restrictive plug sockets, you have the power and freedom to train anywhere in your home.
Featuring a large 16 kg rear-drive flywheel, a 55.8 kg durable frame and 8 levels of manual resistance with quick-shift paddle, the Adidas C-21x is perfectly designed to simulate the feeling of an outdoor racing bike.
The C-21x’s onboard computer delivers live performance metrics including speed, time, distance, calories, pulse and RPM.
With the included chest strap you can also monitor your heart rate and receive accurate data on your performance, so you can track your progress.
Easily adjust the saddle height between 77 and 92 cm to suit your needs.
Also adjust the saddle horizontally in a 17 cm range to fit your reach.
Bring the handlebars closer to you, by adjusting them vertically in a 19 cm range or horizontally in a 8 cm range.
Jendel spin pedals with adjustable strap and cage provide the grip needed when switching position.
With the supplied chest strap you can monitor your heart rate and receive accurate data on your performance, so you can track your progress.
Zone 1
This is the section between 12 and 5pm on a clock. Drop your heel by 20o in this phase to get the most out of your hamstring.
Zone 2
This is known as the transition phase. Contract your calf muscle to point the toe by 20o (like you’re scraping mud from the bottom of your shoe) but don’t move your foot away from the pedal.
Zone 3
The leg is raised by the pedal momentum and not under a high degree of muscular load in order to lose as little of the stored power as possible.
Zone 4
Return to your down stroke again at 12 o’clock - don’t wait until 3pm (which is common) as you risk losing momentum and power.
