The German NOHrD Eau-me Board focuses on the balance of the body and challenges the trainee to move constantly, forcing the body to react to every small turn and thus deeply activating the muscles.
The importance of water
Significant advantagesThe water inside the Eau-Me Board moves completely unpredictably inside, creating obstacles for the athlete, as with every movement of the trainee the water moves.
As a result, it is impossible for the trainee to perform scheduled moves. The body is forced to react instantly to the individual movements of the water and to change its balance.
The classic exercise
The classic balance board move is to simply stand and try to maintain balance, which already requires quite some skill.
