The Polo bike offers the possibility of manually adjusting the resistance to 8 levels.
Inside you will find a sturdy 4 kg flywheel for smooth movement during exercise.
Measure your heartbeat with the touch sensors on the handles.
Although the bike is lightweight, it also has two wheels for easy transportation.
The frame construction of the machine guarantees a maximum user weight of 90 kg.
The Polo console displays at all times all the important exercise data, such as speed, distance, exercise time, calories, total distance and heart rate. This will help you plan your daily routine to reach your goals!
On the fixed handles there are two heartbeat sensors to track your fitness progress.
The 8-level resistance allows you to adjust the resistance according to your physical condition.
With an easy-to-use lever, adjust the saddle height in 8 positions to bring it to the right spot depending on your own height.
Thanks to its ergonomic design, this bike takes up little space so you can place it anywhere!
Zone 1
This is the section between 12 and 5pm on a clock. Drop your heel by 20o in this phase to get the most out of your hamstring.
Zone 2
This is known as the transition phase. Contract your calf muscle to point the toe by 20o (like you’re scraping mud from the bottom of your shoe) but don’t move your foot away from the pedal.
Zone 3
The leg is raised by the pedal momentum and not under a high degree of muscular load in order to lose as little of the stored power as possible.
Zone 4
Return to your down stroke again at 12 o’clock - don’t wait until 3pm (which is common) as you risk losing momentum and power.
