The 6.35cm backrest pad made of high-quality foam is narrow at the top for optimal shoulder movement during exercises such as shoulder presses. In addition, the bench can be used on both sides in order to have even more choices with dumbbells or your body weight.

Fully adjustableThe backrest can be adjusted to 6 positions. By exercising in various stances (flat, inclined, declined), you encourage the activation of multiple muscles, so you can target specific muscle groups for better toning.
In addition, the seat can be adjusted to have a good range of motion at shoulder or back presses and it is also ergonomically designed with a slight incline.
