Pegasus Fitness - Hip Abductor AdductorThis hip abductor/ adductor machine has various flexible adjustments in thigh pads, which are 360° rotatable, with 6 levels of 15° angle adjustments on each side, allowing easy performance of both hip adductors and abductors.
According to different angle settings of the gear system, you are able to strengthen the different muscles, such as gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, tensor fasciae latae and tractus iliotibialis.
