Product Overview
Gymost Legend E11 EllipticalThe Legend E11 design makes it ideal for confined spaces, compared to the more bulky traditional ellipticals. Its innovative frame with a central drive system offer a very smooth motion, while helping the user stay well balanced and comfortable.
During your workout, you will notice that the angle of the moving handlebars is made in such a way as to reduce pressure on your joints and all but eliminate stress on your legs.
The console
FeaturesThe console offers a clear 8-field LED screen, which helps you keep track of all important workout data in order to achieve your goals. Through the touch sensors on the handgrips, your heart rate level can be monitored in real time so that you can be sure your health is not negatively affected by your training, while the built-in fan keeps you cool.
Finally don't forget the USB and mp3 ports, the media shelf and of course the 16 different workout programs.
Strong frame
The impressive maximum load capacity of 160 kg and the E11's net weight of 143.5 kg speak for themselves and offer a durable exercise platform for almost any bodytype.
Sturdy flywheel
Inside the E11 you will find a sturdy 12 kg flywheel with 24 kg inertia, which helps offer a very smooth motion along with the Poly-V-grooved belt.
GMS
The self-generated system does not require any power supply, but produces all the energy needed thanks to your movement. The resistance can be adjusted in 20 levels.
Non-slip pedals
Train hard without having to worry about your balance thanks to the non-slip texture of the pedals.
Heart rate
The heart rate sensors that lie in the handgrips, make for quick and easy monitoring.
