Hamstrings Curl
The Pegasus® PG-4101 leg machine allows you to perform hamstrings curls, from a seated as well as a lying position.
Note:
For people under 175cm it may be difficult to achieve the flat position necessary to perform lying leg curls. If you are over 175cm, you won't face any accomodation problems.
Leg extensions
Leg extensions help to strengthen and tone the quadriceps, improving athletic performance and overall leg strength.
Leg curls
Leg curls help to strengthen and tone the hamstrings and help prevent lower back injuries by strengthening the muscles that support the lower back.
