Seated RowThe Hammer -type Seated Row machine with free weights is ideal for maximum back strengthening and growth of the back muscles.
Designed with functionally independent arms, it ensures a natural movement that enhances muscle engagement and optimizes the results both beginners and advanced users.
The dual grip positions add flexibility to effectively target various back muscle groups.
"FH" Series Specifications
- Weight System: The FH Series uses a free weight system. Compatible with Φ50 weight plates (not included).
- Frame: Reinforced tubing of 100x50x2,5 mm cross-section, welded at all structural points, which are of 8 mm and 11 mm diameter steel.
- Finish: High Quality electrostatic powder coat finish. A standard two-coat powder coating that’s highly resistant to chips and scratches.
- Adjustments: Multiple seat adjustment colored knob.
- Cushions: Durable high density cushion covered in stitched vinyl.
- Handles: High Quality PVC grip with aluminum collars.
- Frame Protection: Stainless steel plate holders and High density PVC foot guards to protect the finish well.
- Plates storage: Conveniently be viewed from a seated position, offer a quick reference to targeted muscle groups and proper machine use.
