Insight fitness Abduction/Adduction The Insight Fitness Dual-Action machine is aimed at exercising the abductors and adductors. The exercise is carried out in a comfortable seated position with easy access to load settings and setting of the thigh adjustment range in 6 positions.
Cables & Pulleys
Aircraft type Cables, 5.8mm for controlled load resistance up to 900 kg. High quality pulleys with a deep groove design to prevent cables from slipping.
Finish
Double coating with electrostatic powder paint and special treatment for greater resistance to corrosion and abrasion.
Weight Stack
The weight plates have clearly visible weight stickers and each plate is fitted with nylon rings for reduced friction on the guide bars.
