Swiss BarThe multi-grip bar, also known as the Swiss Bar, offers the unstressing of the shoulder and wrist joints during presses and the choice of a narrow to a wide grip, to target different muscle groups.
Fully welded rods offer a unique angled, two-way neutral grip design. Whether you want to reduce the load on the wrists and shoulders during presses, or target the Triceps for better lockouts. This bar allows the athlete to experiment with different approaches and develop more dynamic lifting programs.
Weight and size accuracy
Length is 207cm, weight is 20kg, each rod weight and size are precisely calculated and cut with weight tolerance of +/- 1%.
Multi-handle design
Angled multi-handle design with 15.24cm/ 35.56cm/ 55.88cm/ 76.2cm distance options, making it the ideal solution for beginner & advanced users.
Corrosion resistant
The bar is designed with a black, matte powder coating.
Note: Any metal to metal contact on the coated sleeves can cause the finish to wear down over time.
