Force USA™ R3 Air RowerThe Force USA™ R3 Air Rower provides high-intensity workouts with raised calorie burn levels. You will also train your quadriceps, hamstrings, abdominals, obliques, lats, biceps, triceps, back, hip flexors and more.

Console & Bluetooth
The R3 is equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, allowing it to connect to many heart rate belts, fitness devices and apps (i.e. Kinomap). Accurately keep track of all the important workout metrics through the console.
Resistance
The R3 Air Rower gives you full control over your workout intensity with 10 adjustable resistance levels. Resistance response is directly calculated by how hard you row. Row harder to go faster, row softer to go slower.
