This combined system, along with powerful attachments, is ideal for Personal and Crossfit Studios because it gives the opportunity to exercise for up to 5 people in the smallest possible space.
Smith Machine
Safe workoutThe adjustable MFC Smith Machine is smooth and easy to use. It has built-in bearings that run along the guide bar.
With a smith machine you can lift heavy loads with greater efficiency because this system always supports you, which helps you concentrate on the weight lifting instead of handling the bar.
Multi-grip Chin-up bar
Crown pull-up barsPerform basic chest and biceps training exercises, or traditional pulls with open and closed grip for back support.
The system is optionally compatible with products such as Gymnastics or TRX-type straps for even more choices, while at the tips of the system there are crowns to strengthen the grip and the nuts.
Bar Grid (45 degrees)
Flying Pull-Up Bars (45 degrees)The five-bar system is positioned at an angle of close to 45 degrees and acts as a heavy-duty ladder, requiring greater muscle activation and explosion by the practitioner as he progresses.
This system can also be used combined with the fitness rings included in the MFC.
Gymnastic Rings
Commercial SpecificationsThe rings are made of durable material and include straps of commercial specifications. Their diameter is 1.25" and can be used for body weight training. Perform exercises such as pulls, dips and generally any ring exercises.

Dip Station
Adjustable heightThe dip station can provide significant benefits to those looking to improve the upper body strength. With a simple yet highly effective motion, work directly on your chest, shoulders and triceps.

By inserting the bar into the slot, the shaft is ideal for rotary workout. It adds the unique possibility of intense exercises to strengthen the upper body and is one of the best ways to train for the transfer of power from the torso to the limbs .
Spotter Arms
The spotter arms offer reliable protection for the trainee and the machine.
It measures 52 cm and can be easily adjusted to different positions to fit every user's height and every kind of workout. They offer a maximum load of 250 kg.
Two independent handle grips
Ideal for attachmentsThe MFC features two powerful independent handles that are very useful for performing chest exercises as well as fixed points for training with TRX suspension straps.
Safety Hooks
For your BarbellThe J-Cups are made of steel, laser cut and bent with precision.
They are coated on their surface and on the back with hard plastic to prevent scratches on the bar and frame and have a maximum load resistance of up to 250 kg.
Strap safety system
Barbell drop protectionRenewed security design with powerful straps that make adjustment even easier and makes them absolutely compatible with the machine.
Their advantage over conventional safty systems is that their two edges can be easily placed at different heights. This gives you the ability to mount the straps at an angle, meaning the barbell can roll away in case you accidentally drop it.
