This Avento gymnastics ball with a diameter of 55 cm is ideal for sit-ups, back exercises and general fitness training. Gymballs are also used to increase the stability of the trunk and to perform various aerobics and physiotherapy exercises.
Advice: Make sure to leave the ball for about 2 hours in room temperature before pumping. The first time, only pump the ball at about 80% and leave it for one day before use. This will help the ball obtain a much better spherical shape
