It features multiple different adjustmemnt angles of multiple levels, both for backrest and seat, ensuring ergonomic placement for training versatility, like bench presses, inclined/declined presses, shoulder presses, etc.

Seat and Backrest padThe backrest can be adjusted in 8 different angles (-10° to 87.7°), flat, inclined & declined, while the seat is adjustable in 3 levels (0° to 29°), so that you can easily perform all your favorite exercises with dumbbells and barbells.
The professional-grade, high-density foam pads combined with the humidity-resistant vinyl upholstery, provide a sense of professional equipment to your space.
Feet Stabilizer
